We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, ad disapprovals, or policy changes imposed by third party platforms.

Clients retain ownership of their business assets and branding materials. Marketing systems, workflows, templates, and proprietary strategies remain the property of Clear Cut Solutions unless transferred in writing.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
